An editor’s perspective.

I have spent years writing about fashion: collections, designers, the industry and its contradictions. At some point I realised that what I care about most are not new collections, but the pieces that already exist and are still worth wearing.

RARE FINDS is a small, slow edit of vintage and pre-owned designer clothing and accessories. Each piece is chosen for its design, material and condition, then photographed honestly, measured by hand and given a short note on where it comes from and why it matters.

Fewer things, chosen better.

How pieces are selected

• Design first: pieces from houses and periods that shaped how we dress.
• Material and construction that will outlast another decade.
• Condition described honestly, with every flaw photographed.
• One piece, one owner at a time. Nothing is restocked.

New pieces arrive in small drops, announced first in the letters and on Telegram.
