Terms of sale

1. Seller. RARE. is run by Kate [surname], [business name], [address], NIP [NIP]. Contact: [email].
2. Products. All pieces are vintage or pre-owned and one of a kind. Their condition, including any flaws, is described and photographed on each product page.
3. Orders and payment. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. Prices include applicable taxes. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, BLIK and Przelewy24.
4. Shipping. Free to Poland, the EU and Ukraine. See Shipping.
5. Returns. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges. See Returns.
6. Complaints. If a piece doesn't match its description, write to [email]; we reply within 14 days. For pre-owned goods, our liability is limited to one year from delivery.
7. Personal data. See Privacy.
8. Disputes. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection given by the mandatory law of their country of residence. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution.

Effective from [date]. In case of discrepancies, the Polish version prevails.
